Andi Künnecke and Christian Smukal played in different bands (Unhold, Sport, MKK), and the idea to perform as a duo came slowly. You can listen to this slowness on their first record! Together they relax one’s mind close to a nervous breakdown. Stop and go structures like David Grubbs come across a wonderful voice, which reminds of Nick Drake. Some reviewers called it Art-Pop. However, we think that this is very cosy and melancholic music, for those who ever felt forgotten.
